Vendor applications on this website are reviewed by Sage & Rail staff through the Sage & Rail App, operated by FrostLine Works LLC. Applying is free. We ask about your business, booth concept, and work. If you are accepted, you choose an available booth and pay the booth fee by card. We do not take cash, checks, or in-person vendor fees.
What the application stores
The form asks for business and contact details, booth needs, product information, and up to 15 photos. When payment is due after acceptance, card numbers are entered in the organizer payment form. Sage & Rail and FrostLine Works do not store full card numbers.
Optional marketing measurement
The organizer may enable a Meta Pixel for visit measurement on this website. When it is enabled, Sage & Rail asks before loading the Meta script. Accepting marketing cookies may send website activity such as page views to Meta. We do not send your name, email, phone, photos, or card details through this website's Pixel.
Declining marketing cookies leaves the website and the vendor application available. Withdrawing consent stops future Meta loading and events from this website. It does not erase information Meta may already have received.
